INSPIRED BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Fursa is an initiative created by Adnan Falioun, inspired by his own experience of coming to the Netherlands from Syria in 2015. He successfully managed to integrate into Dutch society and found a job that suited his professional experience. However, the path was full of challenges.
With this experience and understanding, there is a lot that can be done to help pave the path for other talents alike who are coming to the Netherlands.
Fursa doesn't only match talent with companies, Fursa also ensures a smooth hiring process from both ends, by making sure candidates and companies are well informed and prepared for each other.
Our educated talents are all fluent English speakers with an interesting professional background, ready to find a company that gives them an opportunity and matches their personality, experience and ambitions.
